---- The bulletin is coded as BUFR code form: FM 94 (BUFR, Binary universal form for the representation of meteorological data) . (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISNA22 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (N): Synoptic observations from fixed land stations at non-standard time (i.e. 01, 02, 04, 05, ... UTC) (SNxx). A2 (A): 0° - 90°W northern hemisphere. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- Correspondence with the C13 common BUFR/CREX code table: (000/000) or (Surface data land -- Hourly synoptic observations from fixed-land stations (SYNOP)) data type / data sub-type. ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: Oak park, carlow, Mullingar, Ballyhaise and cavan ---- WMO No.9 - Volume C1 'Remarks' field: Manned obs 07-14 Otherwise a mixture of manned or automatic
