Product description:	---- The bulletin collects SYNOP reports: FM 12 (SYNOP, Report of surface observation from a fixed land station). ---- The bulletin is coded as BUFR code form: FM 94 (BUFR, Binary universal form for the representation of meteorological data) . (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISMD21 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (M): Main synoptic observations from fixed land stations (SMxx). A2 (D): 90°E - 0° northern hemisphere. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- Correspondence with the C13 common BUFR/CREX code table: (000/002) or (Surface data land -- Main synoptic observations from fixed-land stations (SYNOP)) data type / data sub-type. ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: D15-fa-1, P11-b, K14-fa-1c, A12-cpp, Awg-1, J6-a, Hoorn-a, De kooij, Amsterdam ap schiphol, Terschelling hoorn aws, Houtribdijk, Lelystad ap, Eelde/groningen ap eelde, Vlissingen, Rotterdam ap zestienhoven, Eindhoven ap and Beek/maastricht ap/maastricht aachen ---- WMO No.9 - Volume C1 'Remarks' field: SYNOP
