---- The bulletin is coded as BUFR code form: FM 94 (BUFR, Binary universal form for the representation of meteorological data) . (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISNK10 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (N): Synoptic observations from fixed land stations at non-standard time (i.e. 01, 02, 04, 05, ... UTC) (SNxx). A2 (K): 180° - 90°E southern hemisphere. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- Correspondence with the C13 common BUFR/CREX code table: (000/000) or (Surface data land -- Hourly synoptic observations from fixed-land stations (SYNOP)) data type / data sub-type. ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: Truscott, Goomalling, Bridgetown, Ravensthorpe hopetoun aws, Jacup, Esperance aero, Salmon gums res. stn, Wandering, Norseman aero, Harvey, Cheadanup and North walpole
