(Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISND01 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (N): Synoptic observations from fixed land stations at non-standard time (i.e. 01, 02, 04, 05, ... UTC) (SNxx). A2 (D): 90°E - 0° northern hemisphere. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- Correspondence with the C13 common BUFR/CREX code table: (000/000) or (Surface data land -- Hourly synoptic observations from fixed-land stations (SYNOP)) data type / data sub-type. ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: Jomala jomalaby, Ylivieska airport, Kevo, Ivalo, Sodankyla, Rovaniemi, Salla kk, Pudasjarvi, Kajaani, Kauhava, Kuopio, Ahtari, Jyvaskyla, Ilomantsi mekrijarvi, Tampere/pirkkala, Mikkeli, Jokioinen, Helsinki-vantaa, Rankki, Uto and Russaro ---- The following station codes are unknown: 02926
