Product description:	The message collects surface SYNOP reports in BUFR format from land fixed automated weather stations of 0-20000-0-91925 (Hiva-Oa), 0-20000-0-91929 (Bora-Bora-Motu), 0-20000-0-91938 (Tahiti-Faaa), 0-20000-0-91943 (Takaroa), 0-20000-0-91944 (Hao), 0-20000-0-91948 (Mangareva), 0-20000-0-91954 (Tubuai), 0-20000-0-91958 (Rapa), 0-20000-0-91932 (Tetiaroa), 0-20000-0-91933 (Anaa), 0-20000-0-91936 (Taiarapu). The stations report : Wind direction and Wind speed Air Temperature Relative Humidity Precipitation Pressure Horizontal visibility (not all sites) Current weather (not all sites) Sunshine duration Global sky radiation The ISMF TTAA data designators decode as : T1 (I) : Observational data (Binary codes) - BUFR, T2 (S) : Surface / sea level, A1 (M) : Main synoptic observations from fixed land stations, A2 (F) : 90°W - 180° tropical belt.
