Product description:	The bulletin collects SYNOP reports: FM 12 (SYNOP, Report of surface observation from a fixed land station). The bulletin is coded as BUFR code form: FM 94 (BUFR, Binary universal form for the representation of meteorological data). (Refer to WMO No.306 – Volumen I.2 Parte B - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) The ISII01 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (M): Main synoptic observations from fixed land stations (SMxx). A2 (I): 0° - 90°W Southern Hemisphere. ii: Bulletin number, between 01 and 45.
