Product description:	---- The bulletin collects CLIMAT reports: FM 71 (CLIMAT, Report of monthly values from a land station). ---- The bulletin is coded as BUFR code form: FM 94 (BUFR, Binary universal form for the representation of meteorological data) . (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISCK06 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (C): Climatic observations from land stations. A2 (K): 180° - 90°E southern hemisphere. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- Correspondence with the C13 common BUFR/CREX code table: (000/020) or (Surface data land -- Climatological observations (CLIMAT)) data type / data sub-type. ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: Hobart airport, Lord howe island aero, Norfolk island aero, Macquarie island, Rabbit flat, Moree aero, Forrest, Dubbo airport aws, Richmond raaf, Cape borda aws, Cabramurra smhea, Low head, Christmas island aero and Cocos island aero ---- WMO No.9 - Volume C1 'Remarks' field: CLIMAT
