Product description:	---- The bulletin collects CLIMAT reports: FM 71 (CLIMAT, Report of monthly values from a land station). ---- The bulletin is coded as BUFR code form: FM 94 (BUFR, Binary universal form for the representation of meteorological data) . (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISCK02 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (C): Climatic observations from land stations. A2 (K): 180° - 90°E southern hemisphere. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- Correspondence with the C13 common BUFR/CREX code table: (000/020) or (Surface data land -- Climatological observations (CLIMAT)) data type / data sub-type. ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: Carnarvon airport, Learmonth airport, Port hedland airport, Newman aero, Alice springs airport, Mount isa aero, Richmond post office, Longreach aero, Mackay m.o, Rockhampton aero, Gladstone radar, Geraldton airport and Meekatharra airport ---- WMO No.9 - Volume C1 'Remarks' field: CLIMAT
