Product description:	The bulletin collects CLIMAT reports: FM 71 XII (CLIMAT, Report of surface observation from a fixed land station). The bulletin is coded as BUFR code form: FM 94 XII (BUFR, Binary universal form for the representation of meteorological data). (Refer to WMO No.306 – Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) The ISCJ01 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (C): Climatic observations from land stations. A2 (J): 90° - 180°W Southern Hemisphere. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) The bulletin collects reports from stations: 85469 SCIP Ap. Mataveri Isla de Pascua. WMO No.9 - Volume C1 'Remarks' field: BUFR converted from CLIMAT bulletins
