Product description:	The report, in text format, states whether the production is nominal or if some past Ensemble forecasts from the D-1 or D-2 days, were used as a substitute of D day forecasts. This is the case if too many individual models forecasts are missing. The report covers forecasts from step +49H to step +72H, i.e for validity time D+2 01 UTC to validity time D+3 00 UTC (D 00 UTC : reference time).
