Product description:	This is the field v wind component, analysis, at pressure level 250hpa, at area global, 00 and 12 UTC. It is produced by ECMWF High Resolution Model (HRES) which runs twice a day (00 and 12 UTC). The HRES produces accurate forecast for 10 days for large scale properties of the atmosphere. The field is defined in a 0.5X0.5 latitude/longitude degree grid. It is distributed under 'WMO Additional' policy. This field is encoded in GRIB 2 and can be found in binary files with filenames like 'HVXA25ECMF030000_C_ECMF_20180703000000_an_v_250hPa_global_0p5deg_grib2.bin'
